The 5+1 AI Leaders Program
Five parts on working with AI. One part on returning to yourself.
Register your interestThe first tailored cohort is underway. A wider intake opens soon.
Work well with AI, without losing what is essentially human
The 5+1 AI Leaders Program is a self-paced program for those who want to lead with AI.
The five parts are the practical work. How to think about AI. How to identify what to pass to AI, and what not to. How to direct it. How to build it into the way you actually work, with your real tasks and your own tools.
This isn't about learning tools. Tools change, fast. The way you think, question and direct is what stays.
The +1 is the return. When AI carries some of the noise, it creates space. Space to be present and to lead well. Space to hear yourself again.
The human directs. What is essentially human remains with the human.
The 5+1 AI Leaders Program is
You move through the program one part at a time, in the order it was designed, at the pace your week allows. Each part takes 30-60mins and builds on the last.
You bring your actual work and your own tools, and apply each part to real tasks as you go. The program meets you there, not in someone else's case study.
AI can carry the noise, the admin, the drafts and the repetitive tasks. You stay the one directing. You decide what to hand over, what to check, and what only you can do.
For people who want to use AI well, without handing over their thinking
You want to know where and how AI can genuinely help in your work and in your life. You want less noise and repetition, and more space for the work only you can do. More space to design and create the life you want to live.
You don't need to be technical. You do need to be willing to try AI on real tasks, and to keep questioning what it gives back. The thinking stays with you.
Beyond this program
I also work 1:1 with leaders, creatives and entrepreneurs to build their AI literacy, and with teams who want real confidence and independence. The aim is always the same. The space and capability stays with you, not with me.
